As a Business Development Lead, I specialize in partnering with Clinical CROs as they build, grow and scale their commercial teams across global markets.

I partner with Clinical CROs at every stage of growth. From start-ups building their commercial function from the ground up, to CROs scaling their teams, through to globally established organizations expanding their commercial presence. I also support global CROs looking to make their first commercial hire in a new continent.

Whether a CRO is looking to make its first commercial hire, build an entire BD function, expand into a new geography or strengthen its existing leadership team, I work as a strategic partner throughout the process.
