Start Your Career at Metric

Our graduate programme develops consultants from the ground up. No prior recruitment experience required. We look for intellectual curiosity, resilience, and the ambition to master a specialist sector.

You’ll join one of our three verticals — Bio, Geo, or DCX — and spend your first two years learning the market, building networks, and executing searches under the guidance of experienced directors.
