John-Joe leads commercial strategy, revenue operations, and partnership development across Metric’s specialist verticals. He has been central to the firm’s growth story, building the client base and establishing the retained partnership model that now defines how Metric works with clients across life sciences, infrastructure, and data centers.

Under his commercial leadership, Metric has evolved from transactional placements into long-term strategic partnerships, with a client base spanning private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and global operators in the sectors Metric serves. He works closely with vertical leaders to shape sector-specific propositions and to build the consultant capability behind complex executive searches.

John-Joe leads business development with private equity investors and portfolio companies, a relationship network that has become one of Metric’s most significant sources of growth as institutional capital continues to move into its core markets.
