Biodextris is a Canadian contract development and manufacturing organization specializing in the development and production of biologics, serving pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across North America and beyond. The CEO search represented a mandate of significant complexity, requiring the identification of a leader capable of driving both commercial performance and operational excellence within a highly specialized and technically demanding environment.
