New York, August 2026 – Brit joins Sotera Compliance from Element U.S. Space & Defense, where he served as their Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President. He takes up the role of President, responsible for leading Sotera through its next phase of growth.
Sotera Compliance was formed through the merger of JS Compliance and HCG Associates under Kelvin Group, delivering comprehensive Process Safety Management, Risk Management Program, and Ammonia Refrigeration Management services to industrial and commercial customers across the United States.
Identifying the right leader for this role demanded both speed and precision, given the demands of one of the most exacting executive positions in the industrial compliance sector.
The search was led by Harry Woolfall, Director of Strategic Partnerships at Metric and a specialist in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification sector.
