Throughout the search, the Metric team worked closely with Bart van Berkel, CEO of CurTec, and Hidde Van Kerckhoven, Principal at Ampersand, to ensure a thorough understanding of the business’s commercial priorities and the profile of leader needed to drive growth across the Americas.
