New York, May 2026 – Robert joins Convergix Automation Solutions from Patti Engineering, where he served as Director of Operations. He takes up the role of Vice President, Controls Engineering at Convergix Automation Solutions, a well-known, PE-backed systems integrator with 1,000+ employees and 15+ locations globally.
Metric’s partnership with Convergix Automation Solutions began in 2020 with JMP Solutions, prior to its private equity acquisition by Crestview Partners. Over the past six years, that relationship has scaled significantly, culminating in this placement.
Convergix approached Metric to lead an executive search for a VP, Controls Engineering. The team delivered a shortlist of five candidates within five business days, each pre-vetted and confirmed as a strong technical fit.
