New York, October 2026 – Jeff joins Kelvin Group from BITZER US, where he served as Director of Supply Chain, bringing proven operational expertise and a track record of building scalable supply chain processes in complex, fast-moving environments. His appointment reflects Kelvin Group’s focus on strengthening the operational leadership that underpins its mission-critical refrigeration, HVAC, and non-destructive testing services.
Kelvin Group is a national family of super-regional brands providing mission-critical refrigeration, HVAC, and non-destructive testing services across the US. With over 15 acquisitions since 2018 and annual growth in excess of 20 percent, the business has scaled rapidly and continues to invest in the operational infrastructure to support it.
The search was led by Dean Bagnall and Harry Woolfall at Metric.
